Yukon Quest Dwarf Tomato

The Yukon Quest Tomato, a determinate and dwarf (tree-type) variety, features regular, dark-green, rugose foliage and a robust central stem, reaching a height of 3 feet—ideal for container gardening enthusiasts. With 3-6 oz. round, oblate, slightly ribbed pink fruits, it offers an exceptional, well-balanced sweetness comparable to Brandywine. Developed from the "Grumpy" family by the Dwarf Tomato Project members between 2006 and 2011, this selection originated from a 2006 cross between Budai Torpe and Black From Tula by Patrina Nuske Small of Australia. Named 'Yukon Quest' by Susan Bailey of Alaska, it was introduced in 2011, standing as a fundamental cornerstone of the Dwarf Tomato Project.
